Ages and Teams
LFYS primarily serves 9U-18U players through 11th grade. A player’s playing age is determined by the age that they turn this year. Players register based on their birth year and the club organizes teams according to ages, genders and roster size limits. Younger and older players can also register and we will roster you if we have team openings.
Payment and Fees
The Feb 15 deadline is used to determine how many teams we field. Teams are subject to roster requirements and coach availability. If there is not a team for your child, you will be refunded in full. Registration will reopen after the initial deadline for teams with openings. If we are over-rostered, the board will determine if we split teams, hold a tryout, have practice only players, etc. Parents will be contacted by the end of the first week of March when teams are finalized.
Payment is required at time of registration via credit card or electronic check. Registration is $200.
Uniforms – There is no additional uniform fee. The club will provide uniforms to use during the season.
Get Involved!
LFYS is a volunteer led organization. We cannot execute our soccer programming without a number of volunteers throughout the year. Whether that is serving on the board, coaching, helping with equipment, etc., we need you to continue building this program! We are always looking for coaches, referees, and advisory board members. If you know someone who may be interested in either of these, please contact a current Advisory Board Member.
